In the litters that we have planned for 2010, there are no puppies available at this time. When it is decided, I will post the 2011 plans here. Please remember that first impressions are very important. If you would like to be placed on a list for a pup, we would appreciate knowing a little about you, and your expectations for your new puppy.   EMAIL US HERE. 

OUR PUPPIES WILL BE PLACED IN LOVING, ACTIVE HOMES, AND A DEPOSIT OF 200.00 WILL BE REQUIRED TO HOLD A PUPPY. We have sent puppies as far away as Finland and Alaska , and all points in between. Our puppy buyers are always welcome to stay in our home for a visit in beautiful Southern Ontario, sight see and visit Niagara Falls. We do not ship puppies by themselves.

Cipher's puppies should be due around October 7,2010 

We are planning Ciphers first litter this year.  Cipher is a dynamo! She is out of Remadees litter, sired by Trihard Divot. She is alot like her mom, in that she is up for anything, and will do it as fast as she can. A dark red/white lean and leggie girl, CEA/CH DNA normal by parentage, CERF clear, PennHIP scored .33/.38 , Elbows and Patellas OFA normal, BAER hearing normal,TNS DNA normal and CL DNA normal.

We will be breeding her to Reckon. Reckon is a gorgeous dark red/white boy, with terrific structure and temperament, who has sired 4 litters of puppies that are doing very well. He is out of our Tru and sired by Lazy Hills Ryker. Reckon is CEA/CH DNA normal by parentage, CERF clear, PennHIP scored .28/.28, Elbows and Patellas OFA normal, BAER hearing normal, TNS DNA normal and CL DNA normal.

Both litters will be AKC/ABCA registered. We expect the whole package from these crosses, with speed and biddablity. We are looking for active and loving forever homes.

CEDAR BORDER COLLIE PUPPIES SPEND THEIR IMPORTANT FIRST 8 WEEKS OF LIFE GETTING THE BEST WE CAN GIVE! BORN AND RAISED IN OUR HOME, IN THAT TIME THEY WILL UNDERGO EARLY NEUROLOGICAL STIMULATION BETWEEN DAY 1 UNTIL THEIR EYES OPEN. THEY ARE SOCIALIZED WITH ADULTS, CHILDREN AND DOGS, AND GET TO EXPERIENCE ALL KINDS OF SIGHTS,SURFACES, SOUNDS AND SMELLS. THEY ARE FAMILIAR WITH CRATES , HANDLED OFTEN THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND THEY ARE VACCINATED AND HEALTH CHECKED AT 7-8 WEEKS OLD BY A VETERINARIAN. WORKING AT A VETERINARIAN OFFICE FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS, THE PUPS ARE DEWORMED ON A PROPER SCHEDULE AND MONITORED CAREFULLY.THEY GO FOR CAR RIDES, ARE INTRODUCED TO CLICKER TRAINING AND HAVE PUPPY AGILITY EQUIPMENT! PUPS WILL BE AKC AND ABCA REGISTERED.

Our goal is to provide a head start for our puppies at being the best of the breed that we love.

 PLACING OUR PUPPIES IN LOVING, FOREVER HOMES IS A PRIORITY. WE GET VERY ATTACHED TO OUR PUPS IN THE 8 WEEKS THAT WE HAVE THEM, AND THEIR HEALTH AND HAPPINESS IS OUR LONG TERM GOAL!  BORDER COLLIES HAVE BEEN BRED TO DO A JOB ...HERDING SHEEP, OBEDIENCE AND AGILITY CLASSES, TRACKING, DOG SLEDDING, TRICKS...ANY ACTIVITY TO KEEP THEM FIT WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO EXERCISE THAT FANTASTIC INTELLIGENCE...THE SKY IS THE LIMIT!!. A BUSY BORDER COLLIE IS A HAPPY BORDER COLLIE! YOU SHOULD EXPECT OUR PUPS TO BE BIDDABLE AND ATHLETIC.

EXPERIENCE IN POSITIVE TRAINING METHODS ARE A PREREQUISITE! IF YOU PLAN TO USE A PRONG, SHOCK OR CHOKE CHAIN, DO NOT ASK ME FOR A PUPPY!

 IN THE MAJORITY OF CASES, OUR PUPS WILL BE SOLD ON A NON-BREEDING AGREEMENT.
